Toxic Food Is Killing Humanity: One-fifth Of Global Deaths Now Linked To Processed Junk Food And Toxic Ingredients

The people are putting on a regular basis toxic substances into their bodies that lead to poor health and a sad lifestyle when they become older. Consuming that kind of foods that are unhealthy or toxic will definitely put stress on the body, causing diseases that the people don’t really want to experience.

Here are top ten toxins that the people put into their bodies:

  •            Caffeine
  •            Carbs or eating bread constantly
  •            Colas
  •            Pastries
  •            Pies
  •           Canned Foods
  •           Processed Meat
  •           Cheese
  •           Snacks
  •           Alcohol

The statistics show that unhealthy food is killing a huge number of people each year. One of the main reasons for this condition is the lack of information to the people, about the dangers of eating unhealthily.

As the processed food is on the rise and the people seem unable to avoid it, the developed world is in the grip of an obesity epidemic, despite the knowing the health risks.

According to a recent study conducted by the Institute of Health Metrics and Evaluation at the University of Washington, processed and junk foods are causing around 20% of all deaths worldwide each year. This study was and published in The Lancet Medical Journal and explained those shocking results.

Among the diseases that are directly linked to poor diet and to being overweight, are many cancers, chronic diseases, and type 2 diabetes. Knowing the causes, the number of deaths could be easily avoided by taking a proper diet and nutrition.

You can find warnings and legal ages on the purchasing of dangerous substances such as alcohol and cigarettes, but there are no warnings on a pack of cookies or other processed and junk foods.

According to the Guardian, this study collects data from every country in the world and makes informed estimates where there are gaps. They, also stated that the diet is the second highest risk factor for early death after smoking and the problems are often seen as the spread of western diets, which takes over from traditional foods in nowadays.

The biggest concern now is that the children are raised on junk food more than ever, as a result of the perceived difficulty and cost effects in eating healthy.

So-called ‘suitable’ foods are marketed as cheap and easy, and the innocent consumer is all too easily taken in by the propaganda.

Having in mind those results, some people will pay attention to the food they are eating, but, sadly a huge number of people will ignore that data, because they probably believe that it won’t be them who falls ill due to their diet, so, they will continue to ignore the advice of dietitians and doctors.
